Nominate Someone Deserving Contest Rules
Between November 1st – November 30th 2015, anyone living in the Jacksonville area and surrounding cities can go to http://jaxnapaautocaregroup.com/2015/10/29/napa-autocare-cares/ to read the contest rules and submit a nomination form.
Website visitors can nominate their friends, neighbors, anyone they personally know who
deserves and would be in need of a FREE $500 repair. NO Self nominations will be
accepted. Submissions must be delivered in person or by a representative to a participating NAPA Auto Care Center from the website http://jaxnapaautocaregroup.com/.
Submission form from the website must be legible and hand written with all required information to qualify. No additional documents will be accepted.
Entries must be delivered in person to any of the participating Jacksonville Auto Repair Care shops no later than 5PM on November 30st 2015. The list of participating AutoCare Shops are below.
